One of the goals of therapy is to make you more aware of your feelings, thoughts, and actions, which influence the way you live your life. Having more understanding and insight about why you do what you do will give you more choices. Sometimes we feel like we repeat patterns or are stuck in a situation and don't know how to do something different. Psychotherapy can help you act with intention and in support of your personal goals.
